Tata Curvv.ev , which was launched in country on 7th August 2024 , will start it’s booking from August 12 and the company will start delivering the vehicle to Indian public from 23 August 2024.
The Tata Curvv.EV is a sleek and full feature packed electric SUV-Coupe one of its kind with a driving range of 500-585kms. It’s price range starts from ₹17.49 lakhs and will go upto ₹21.99 lakh depends on its variant viz Creative , Accomplished & Empowered Plus.
The five seater SUV Coupe will be having a 500 litres of boot space which can be extendable upto 900 litres while folding the rear seats plus 11 litres of front bonet boot space which is a unique designed bonet.
The EV has a unique design with a sharp chiseled exterior, split headlamps and sloping roofline making it look attractive. Also features luxurious panoramic sunroof with ventilated seats and 12.3 inch touchscreen infotainment system by HARMAN.
The Curvv comes with two battery pack options viz 45kWh & 55kWh with electric motor outputs of 148 bhp & 165 bhp respectively. Also the 55 kWh comes with prismatic cells batteries for faster charging options enables charging from 10% to 80% in 40 minutes or for quick charge up upto 150km range in just 15 minutes, Quite fast .It includes ADAS suite emergency braking system along with virtual assistant, iRA connected car Technology system.
The company claims the driving range of 500-585km which is maximum in this price range and may attract variety of Indian customer who are looking for mid range & efficient EV Options. This will surely give tuff competition in Indian Market to its other counterparts like Hyundai, Maruti Suzuki etc.
